DPY Mama’s Food Market — Local services in Toronto

I'm a regular costumer here and I'm happy with the service and all but not yesterday, Saturday September 25, 2021 at 12:40pm. Your new cashier refused to bag my groceries and told me i should bag it myself. She complained that costumers always made her do all the works and that costumers should bag their own groceries. I have been doing my groceries in this market and other cashiers don't mind bagging my purchased groceries. Even the Chinese lady, im not sure if she's the owner also don't mind bagging. Whoever that lady that served me needs to know it's in her job description to bag groceries and NOT the other way around. If she can't do that then she's in a wrong work field, might as well stay home and watch Netflix. I had rotator cuff surgery on my left shoulder two months ago and still on my rehabilitation. Moving and lifting items gives me pains so i can only use my right hand as much as possible. To the business owner, fix this minor problem, i hope the next time she's willing to do her...

This place is a joke. Its like they are intentionally setting you up and issuing parking tickets any opportunity they get whether you are a customer or not without checking. As if there life depends on parking spots. My wife parked to go shopping here and in a matter of 10 min she was ticketed. There is no signage nothing and the spaces were half empty. What kind of scam is this? We will never return. We were disgusted that they would ticket us even though we were actually customers shopping in the store. Than when we approach them they start telling us we were not shopping there and all these lies. The pharmacy next to them 2 indian dispiccable filthy cowards must be plaza owner or something has the odacity to tell us that my wife was lying and not shopping there when the whole time she was...

Great store , lots to choose from , it made me feel like buying everything.. however I had to leave due to the overcrowded isles with customers not respecting covid-19 safety guidelines and rules about social distancing. I wish the staff would hire security or monitor the customers especially during these very challenging times . I did notice ALL the staff wearing masks and they did a fantastic job of keeping the store clean . So my message is for you .. the consumer ( please ) follow the rules and kindly keep a distance as recommended by the city . I hope everyone good health and a quick return to normaland I look forward to coming in and a actually shopping . . I hope they have some HALO...
