Horrible customer service from the staff. Only go here if you know what you want because whatever they give you, they will fight you for it. My experience just now is described below if you care to read.

I ordered a honey garlic chicken nugget hotdog, and the girl at the front asked what toppings I wanted on it. I really just wanted the honey garlic, but she insisted I could have them on the side and just dip my hot dog. So i reluctantly agreed and said spicy mayo and honey butter. Through their little window I watched them very lightly brushed the honey garlic over one side of the hot dog (maybe 1/8th of the dog was brushed). They slid it through the window and proceeded to drench the dog in honey butter and when they handed it to me I quickly explained that's not what I asked for. They then said "everyone does it like this" and when I told them I just ate at another location that offers on the side service, they all laughed at me (not to mention they also offered me before going back on it). Poor customer service. The worst! Please save yourself time and effort and don’t go here. I asked for two chicken sandwiches with no mayo. The customer service rep said they don’t put mayo on the sandwich but didn’t tell me they put butter (the sandwich description doesn’t mention the butter).

First they tell me they don’t have chicken for the second sandwich. When I rejected pork and asked for a refund, then they said they do have chicken finally.

Second, the chicken is not fresh. I saw how they microwaved it.

Third, they took over 30 mins to make 2 banh mi. When I took them to go, I realized they had butter. I went back to request a refund for my money. The team rudely ignored my request, called the manager and told me to send an email, as they wouldn’t refund the order. They didn’t even offer to make a new sandwich and completely ignored and hid behind the counter, while I was there, with my husband and child.

I’ve been a loyal customer since this location first opened, so it’s extremely disappointing to feel so undervalued and disrespected. During my recent visit, I asked for a bag at checkout and was abruptly told it costs $0.50 — cash only. This was never mentioned beforehand, and the way it was communicated by the staff (Tina) was unnecessarily rude and dismissive, as if the confusion was my fault.

What should’ve been a simple visit turned into a genuinely unpleasant and frustrating experience. On top of that, the bubble tea itself was a major letdown — it tasted like soap, with no trace of actual tea flavor. It was just sweetened milk with tapioca, nothing close to the quality I used to enjoy here.

Sadly, after supporting this place from the beginning, I’m walking away deeply disappointed. I won’t be returning, and I truly hope management takes feedback like this seriously — because this kind of service and quality is...
