Very unacceptable place to allow children to play. Workers are very overworked, not enough staff to monitor anything. There were only 3 people staffing the entire place and all three were constantly at the front desk... but oblivious to what going on around them. Absolutely unacceptable.
Absolutely no supervision and a danger for children when playing and completely ignored by employees, especially the Asian girl with an attitude who thinks she can speak rudely to customers. Someone should remind this girl if thereâs no customers, sheâll be out on the street looking for a job.
Especially highly concentrated place with people packed in like sardines, with ZERO respect for Covid guidelines.
This place is A DANGEROUS PLACE FOR ANYONE!!!!!
ZERO SUPERVISION OF DOORWAY ALLOWING ANYONE TO WALK IN AND WALK OUT WITH A CHILD. Obviously a parents responsibility but these jokers need to have SOME kind of system so predators donât just come in and walk around.
This place needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY for several reasons:
No covid awareness. No supervision to ensure following of rules. Kids just left to do whatever, hitting, kicking, slapping.... Itâs a free for all. Bouncy castle has kids throwing food, spitting!!! Itâs disgusting and completely allowed by the staff here.
Only salvation is the two south Asian guys working were really trying hard but they had to pick up all the slack from the other worker, with the attitude.
Never again will I set foot in this joke of a childrenâs activity centre. I hope parents think twice about this place. Itâs not worth it no matter how cheap!!!
I hope the two guys working get a raise and the girl pretending to work gets some customer service training.
Pathetic.
Absolutely DANGEROUS PLACE FOR CHILDREN !!!!!!!!!!!
Added to after owner response. I think you meant you prefer not to identify employees. I do. I identify them so they can be held accountable for their actions. Left the âkidâ unattended? It was a child that your establishment let walk out, not a kid. Your entire account is full of falsehoods and inaccurate subjective statements. The âchildâ only came out after being attacked by another child. A âchildâ felt so unsafe in your facility, they chose to walk outside to find safety with their parent. Your staff allowed a child to just walk out. Understand that. Your attempt to twist an event with lies and fabrications is quite appalling. Three gates? Must be another place. This facility has ONE swing gate, mist often left wide open. Calling the front double door a gate is laughable. It is neither locked, nor monitored, nor supervised, nor is it any kind of barrier. You donât tolerate discrimination or intolerance. Good for you. No one should. I donât tolerate businesses making money off of children while not prioritizing their safety and well-being. When a parent raises their voice, there can be a reason. In this case, your three employees stood there while a young child walked right by and outside to seek safety. Stayed for two hours after? Yet another fabrication. I did stay for a short period after, only to try to supervise and protect other children from the dangerous facility you so arrogantly promote. Itâs unfair to judge employees. Fair. However, if you, as an âownerâ exerted any kind of effort to better train your staff, your customers wouldnât feel the need to voice any dissatisfaction. If you spent the same time educating and supporting your staff, instead of blindly defending actions, you might have a better work force. Unfortunately, your uninformed retaliatory response is clear indication of how this business is run... itâs all about making a buck and turning a blind eye to whatâs needed for safety, if itâs not profitable. The manager only came to apologize much later, after the review was posted. I have no resentment towards staff... it is quite apparent from the response of this âownerâ how things are ârunâ.
Perhaps if it was run by a parent, not just a business person chasing the dollar, there would be more...

It was my son's birthday and we decided to take him to his favourite place that he has been attending with his sister since 2015. Few years ago it was managed by different owners. There is a new management now and was treated abhorrently by the manager Nayan Dey and was discriminated against because my son is Autistic/special needs. Instead of being professional and listening to every complain he received from both parties involved he decided to kick us out from a play place due to fake complains made by a group of 10 people who were seated together who were not watching their kids and sitting in the seating area the whole time while their children jumped in the bouncy castle with my son, but yet tried to attack us and blame us for not watching my kid when I had two teens watching him plus myself who was seated right next to the bouncy castle the whole time. They falsely claimed my son was pushing their kids which was a fabricated lie coz my son was playing independently around the corners of the bouncy castle and even trying to avoid the congested middle area which had about 15-20 kids at a time. Kids were jumping all over the place in different directions and some kids even doing somersaults in there and some even pulling each other by the legs . This group of 10 people had the audacity to tell us if your son is Autistic he should not be here playing with our children the nerve of them!!... Even when I explained to them politely he has autism and that every child is bumping into each other and not just my son.
Two individuals from that same group even told us to get out and leave with our son like they own the place. I replied my son has every right to play here just like your children have the same right also and they have no authority in kicking us out just cause your children were overwhelmed in the castle with 15 other kids in there. Mind you their daughters were just sitting in a corner the whole time while all the other children were jumping and having fun bumping into each other in there but yet they had to target my son solely.
This is a bouncy castle not a sitting castle?!...When the manager came over to me he quickly told me to leave and would refund me the money so the other guests could enjoy their time here but yet my son could not enjoy his time but they could SMH?!!! And not taking into account my side of the situation ...I mean there is always two sides to the story right!!!...Then when I requested for him to right down his name and number for me he went berserk on me for asking for his information...and unprofessionally telling me I can do what I want and he does not care!!! Is this how you treat your customers?!!!! paying customers?!!!! Atrocious behaviour from Epic Planet fun management!!!
This is supposed to be a safe place for all children no matter their ability, Special needs or not!!..to come and have fun and play with their friends, siblings and family and not only cater to Neurotypical children!
Shame on you Epic Planet fun for not catering to people of all needs!!!! Very disappointed in your actions and handling of...
Read moreSaturday May 7th 2022 I had booked a party for my daughter and her shoes and my niece shoe was stolen. Stolen was 1 sketchers and nike
Even though the business says they not responsible for personal belongs missing I am arguing there was foul play in the staff ,making the owner responsible. Firstly when you enter there is no signage saying not responsible for your shoes. There is a rule to leave your shoes at the front door , sock only facility, or be denied entry, which many of my guest requested to bring their shoes with them in their bag or bring to the party room and place on coat rack but was denied entry unless they leave their shoes in the cubby in front, but after searching party rooms with the staff we came across an entire party that kept their shoes inside the room. She advised that she looks at all the shoes and if SHE considers it flashy only then does she offer to be kept behind the glass. Shouldn't be up to staff to dictate which shoes are more worth protecting than others, upon arrival it should be disclosed to everyone for equal opportunity. When their staff isn't applying all their rules they can't completely withdrawn from responsibility. Also which is alarming that for a business for children involved anyone can walk in pretty much how they wish. I witnessed a grown adult man inside the woman washroom using it. Myself and my sister in law had booked parties that day at the same time both very disappointed in our experience. This place isn't up to safety standards. During my sister in law party one kid had their tooth go through their lip and they had no ice or first aid for this child they provided a pop can. One family lost 2 pair of shoes one which was the birthday girl who the reason we came to this establishment, having to replace both shoes both over $50. My daughter was bawling her eyes out after her birthday party as she had no shoe to go home with we were stuck there. Only being offered ONE free admission...
