Butterfly Beads & Jewellery — Local services in Toronto

Yesterday my cousin and I went to pick up some beads and findings from this store. What an experience, they have a great selection but the woman who cashed us out should not be working with the public. She was rude confused and said we made her make a mistake. All we asked was put it all on one bill but 2 separate bags. Plus the prices were incorrect when she was ringing them in so we corrected her and in the end she had void the whole thing and start over. Again mentioning we confused her, I’m sorry is this not your job? Her name was Farhana. Lucky for us when we needed help on the floor or with prices a very nice young lady with manners helped us her name was AJ. I absolutely have to update my comment. I did have an unpleasant situation with this store a long time ago, after which l didn't show up there for a few years, until one day I had a calling to go back, and I am so glad I listened. As I have stated in my initial comment, Butterfly Beads is simply STUNNING (crystal crack paradise), the staff is BEAUTIFUL, and whatever has happened in the past has been left in the past. These people will literally go above and beyond to help you, GENUINELY. The amount of goodies they got does not compare to any other place I have visited before. By far the best location within the GTA for jewellery findings, beads, charms and much more..After doing business with them for more then 4 years I am and always have been extremely satisfied with the products, prices and service. I'm a regular at butterfly beads and Ive never had a bad experience. I get greeted with a smile. They also offer wholesale pricing to customers like myself who use their products within my business.
