I'm not one to post a bad review. But it needs to be done over many years we have shopped at this store because they have amazing quality meat. Yet I and many others have always been treated unfairly. Needless to say if you're not white you are being treated rudely.

In my Hispanic community we love chicharron. They have amazing quality meat. So we like to buy in bulk to make a special meal. I will purchase more than 5 pounds if they'd let me. I've been told they can't sell to "my people because they have to save for their customers" I politely have told them that I'm a customer too and a returning one. If anything your product is so good you should be happy it flies off the shelf and many latin people will buy it. She said no. So would only sell me a small portion or would hesitate to sell to me. I've had many other friends and family from other diverse communities as well tell me this has happened to them too. It's sad.

I'm not asking these items for free I'd happily pay. But in the end the staff are the way they are. And no amount of communication can change their mind.

My grandfather started coming to European Sausage House decades ago. My husband, son and I came to your store yesterday for my birthday and had the best experience. The lady helping me was so patient and helped me find everything he used to buy for my family based on my vague descriptions.

I grew up living next door to my grandparents. They never came over unannounced unless they had sausages and other delicious things from your store. I had an amazing childhood and your food was certainly apart of it.

My son and husband also love everything we bought.

We also got enough for my parents and my brother.
