China Wok Superb Chinese Food — Restaurant in Toronto

China Wok Super Chinese Food has the best-breaded chicken wings (American Chinese food style) in the Greater Toronto Area. The scrumptiously marinated wings are coated with a seasoned batter (with unique, refreshing seasoning blends, such as rosemary) and fried to an absolute crispy golden brown. Once you start those wings, you can't stop. In fact, these wings are so good that I ordered 200 of them for my party last winter, and I still don't get tired of those damn wings! Also - they are great if you keep them in the fridge for a day & reheat them too.

Although their fried rice and vegetables are not as out-of-this-world as their wings, they all still pack great wok hei while tasting surprisingly "healthy" (because they are not as heavily seasoned as other Chinese food places). I think the chef wanted to ensure that the other dishes did not steal the show of their wings.

Overall, I strongly recommend China Wok Superb Chinese food, regardless of whether you want to grab a combo meal with wings, rice and vegetables or just ten wings for a meal. They are all great options with a...

good stuff, I tried the wings and chicken balls as recommended in most of the reviews. this is coming from someone from the U.S. just to give some perspective. (my preferences could be different from yours) The wings: Pros- crispy, juicy, very flavorful Cons - the breading is super thick, think of the type of breading that would come on a piece of Cod, but maybe a hair thicker.. honestly felt like I ate more bread than meat, but that's the sacrifice of them being so crispy I guess. absolutely soaked in grease, don't patronize here if you're on a diet lol.

The chicken balls I wasn't the biggest fan of, but I think that's just personal preference, I didn't find alot of flavor, it just tasted like plain bland chicken to me

All in all: I'd return, I might try some of their other dishes next time.

My parents live in the area so when I was younger I would come here to get some Chinese food. I always remembered that they had the best chicken wings. Recently came back again to try it and it still tastes the same so yummy crunchy delicious! I ordered some party platters and they were a hit! And the owners are super super nice! You could tell they care about customer service. The guy helped me carry the food to my car he absolutely did not have to and he did not hesitate to help. Who does that nowadays?
