Read moreI usually go to this store before 10am, the beginning of the week but lately no matter when you go you find: empty shelves, even the counter fridges, old vegetables, items often close to expire date at full price. Yesterday was terrible and i regret not taking pictures of every isle. Even the "fresh" salad (the one in boxes) had brown leaves, despite being careful, the peppers i bought were old at least a week. There is a manager (i think)so loud that you can hear from any part of the store but I'm not sure if he's angry or he's just the way to talk. Empty shelves everywhere, sometimes even early in the morning, finding the flyer items very difficult. Long lines up and even the self pay is a nightmare: small bagging areas, you need to wait for assistance even if the bag is a little out of the area, while you fill it. And i saw at least 3-4 people at break outside (including the manager) with a half empty shelf store; don't you take shift for break? It's an ongoing issue in the past year and in the last 4-5 weeks it's been worse. I don't even start how (not) clean... The store requires a deep reno, please compare with no...
Read moreI purchased some items today, I had a bag of oranges, the bag broke and oranges went all over the place. A cashier with (bright red hair) picked up one orange and left the remaining, my hands were full. I went to her register of returns and asked for a refund, she asked did you pick up the oranges❓, you can’t just leave them there. I explained my hands were full, her response was, why couldn’t your kid do it. I responded with the girl is not my kid and who even talks like that to a customer. She apparently gave me a refund but could not find the receipt and kept telling me to sign.. she was extremely rude, absolutely no people skills, would suggest she be retrained. I have seen her many times being rude to customers.. clearlyshe has been getting away with it. I spoke with the new Manager Yusuf I don’t know him I was familiar with the other Manager. He assured me he takes this very seriously, I truly hope this person is...
