I walked into the store around 5pm and no one was at the front. A lady yelled out from the back “ coming,” as I proceeded to look at the menu because this was my first time going to Little Cesars.
After a minute, a young man walked into the store and went to the back. It looked like he was just coming in to start his shift. As I continued to look at the menu, I could hear the same lady who told me she was “coming” having a conversation with the guy who just arrived.
They were laughing and talking in their language without a care that I was standing at the front for a little over 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order.
When I realized what was going on, I walked to the side where I lady and the young man was talking while she was putting toppings on a pizza and asked if they remembered that someone was standing at the front waiting to order.
At that point the lady thought it was funny, laughed, and pointed to the guy who she had been laughing and talking with, to go to the front.
I told both of them to forget it, and walked out of the store and went to pizza pizza across the street.
The reviews for this location is 3/5 and I wanted to still go and support despite that. The customer service needs to be improved. I was very disappointed in the behaviour of both the employees. Why do you guys hire people like this who lack customer service? It makes no sense.
Pls do not go there to order anything. Save your...
Read moreOrdered a medium pepperoni and Crazy Combo on August 25 around 10 p.m. When I walked in, the door was already propped open, so it didn’t make a sound. The employee didn’t notice me — she was talking on the phone. I waited for her to maybe look around, but no, I had to jingle my keys to get her attention.
Service aside, the real issue was the food. When I got home and checked my pizza, I was frustrated. It looked and tasted like an overcooked frozen pizza. Even I could make one ten times better. I’ve had problems here before, but never this bad.
The breadsticks were good this time, but usually they’re either stale or soaked in so much grease that the texture turns into a sponge. It feels completely random, and it’s rare to ever get both good breadsticks and good pizza in the same visit — and it shouldn’t be that way.
Some employees clearly don’t know how to bake consistently, and that needs to change. Whenever the manager is around, the food turns out great — she’s a sweetheart and always makes it right. But lately, my orders have been a disappointment. I truly hope these issues are...
Read moreI purchased a deepdish pizza from this location and the dough was still raw from within. I spoke with Vidhi at this location and she told me nothing can be done. She claims they overfilled the conveyor ovens and so they probably didnt push it back into to the oven which didnt let the pizza cook fully. This is not good during a global pandemic and we should be taking extra care of what were eating. We werent eating out recently but today we decided to because grocery stores were packed. This location didnt even apologize they just said we kept it out of the conveyor for 2 minutes before pushing it back in so maybe thats why it didnt cook. I can even post pictures of the semi melted cheese and the raw dough. You can tell from the color of the cheese and quality of the dough in the pictures that it doesnt meet little caesars standards. Very upset. I told her i would complain to little caesars corp and she said i can do...
