This review is with out bias or prejudice as I have made previous positive reviews about this store in the past but this time I find the Staffs very rude and disrespectful even arrogant to the Customers, I was there in early Jan. ‘23 and observed one of the workers ranting and cursing out a customer in Spanish language, I was scared because there are butcher knives everywhere in the store. I will shop at alternative stores from now on. I have been shopping here for years , at least 21 years. To say the least each time I go in there I become tensed up like one of the staff members will jump over the counter and attack a customer with a butcher knife you will always get a rude response to an answer , that’s how chaotic and nonchalant it is...

Am sharing this to express my displeasure. I came to the store after work just to buy goat meat for the family to have for dinner as I was directed by a friend to check them out. I bought and paid for goat meat and 3 loafs of bread .

To my surprise, I got home and discovered that the cashier/customer service personnel that attended to me only packed my bread and left the goat meat. My family went to bed without having their desired meal.

Have been calling their phone lines to report this immediately. i got home and found out my items were not completed and none as ever picked .

Be mindful and make sure you reconfirm your items before...

The meat here is very good! For example, the taste of the beef can not be compared to store bought beef. Also, the prices are very reasonable. I have been going there since at least 2017. The absolute downside is that the place lacks order. This is in part due to the fact that they are very busy. If you're an average shopper like me, plan to stay here at least two hours, especially if you don't go right when they open. Their lineups are ALWAYS long, and it's very chaotic inside. Outside, the parking is terrible: very limited and narrow. My strategy is to go super early when they open, and I buy what I need to last me at...
