I recently purchased a phone that, unfortunately, arrived with a defective screen. Upon unboxing, I noticed significant screen issues, which made it virtually unusable.
I immediately reached out to the seller, hoping for a straightforward return or exchange process. However, I was met with resistance and reluctance to address the problem. Despite providing evidence of the defect, the seller refused to accept the return, citing they check it before sending it. I reached out to them two minutes after opening the box, didn’t even connect the phone to the internet. Still they denied they sent me a damaged phone
This experience has been incredibly frustrating. As a customer, I expect to receive a fully functional product, and when issues arise, I anticipate fair and responsive customer service. Unfortunately, this seller failed to meet those expectations. I have tried to reach them over the phone but to no avail. Overall, while I was excited about my purchase, the defective screen and the seller's refusal to assist have left me disappointed. I accepted to buy their battery if replacing the battery is going to solve the issue and if not the lady accept a return for a full refund of the battery purchase. The battery replacement did not resolve the issue at all, I went back to return the battery and get my full refund. The lady did not like to see me again! so she did try her best to get me spend some money there by offering diagnosing my defected cellphone. I did not want to do anything but just return the battery and get my money as we agreed but she returned my money but not the tax. (She kept the tax) When I asked for the tax refund as well, she said something completely unreasonable. She tried her best to get something (some money) from me (although she did not resolve the issue) !!!
In response to the business owner . . . I provided the card to her but she suggested Cash !! Please do not cover your bad action with another bad action. Be honest then you will be in the market successful, otherwise over the time you will lose...

He is a liar and denying this. Avoid this place at all costs. Don't ever go here. He is incredibly rude and will steal your money. Definitely read the negative reviews before giving away your money because it is luck of the draw if your product works or not. The issues may not be apparent with a few minutes playing around and you will never get your money back. Stole $1000 from a student. Nice move.
