I went shopping around 7:20p.m. first time I visited this store so had to ask staff in aisles for help and they were helpful and I did find the items I wanted. Check out was a big line. When my turn arrived out of no where a lady with a broom came sweeping. The lady is brooming and staring at the customer hehehe and cashier swipping items etc. Then the cashier removes a bundle of cash money bends down to give me bag and I refused as she said I will have to buy the bag and she is putting money in a little wallet. Puts the wallet away. Meanwhile she turns around, touches letter openers at the back and she is standing right next to the backshelf with the letter openers touching her back which were in transparent bag then the other lady in light green outfit stretching the broom between the Till and the cashier broom across she is literally trying to look over and bending and expecting me pay off but I'm waiting for... What a joke and scenario. She could have tripped and fallen down. Safety first. If you close at 8p.m. please close doors sharp at 7p.m if you don't want customers. Otherwise serve customers until 7:30 p.m and close shop then sweep and do whatever else you want to do. Customers are busy, they don't have time. Being a South Asian but not a Hindu (maybe racism was being shown) I feel I should shop from south asian stores to benefit them. What this was about I have no idea and may the Lord Bless her and you...
