Overall: Choose this place to celebrate one of our dearest friend's birthday based on the amazing online reviews this place has received in the recent past but ALAS...this place didn't stand out at all. In fact nothing outstanding at all .. neither the food nor the service.
Service: Visited the place on a Wednesday evening, and noticed that the footfall was good which means they should have more people on the floor to help with the order to provide good customer service. We had to wait really long to get our order placed and then to receive it. One person was running around, taking orders and serving it. It reached a point where we decided not to ask for additional bread as we knew we had to wait atleast 15 more minutes to get it. Another incident to share, once we were done with our appetizers, we were waiting for someone to take the mains order and to clear the table. The same guy came to our table after waving at him thrice. As he wasn't carrying the tab to take the order, he said, i will bring the tab back in a minute. We saw him running around serving other tables and he came back to our table after exactly 12 minutes. The poor service was our biggest turn off. Also, the waiter was speaking to us in Gujrati language (one of the Indian languages). Sorry but we don't speak that language nor do we understand so communicating with him in such a loud noise was also another challenge.
Food: Please don't order Peanut Masala at all. We were seven adults and we could hardly get one TABLE SPOON each. When you compare the quantity with the price it's not worth it at all nor the taste was anything different. Rose Piyo drink is also i would never recommend to anyone. It's just a Roof Afzaa drink with a lot of sugar and cream. Not worth the price. Dal was of decent taste. Mix veg was overly spicy as they had added red chilli powder and sprinkled extra black pepper on top for seasoning. There was no taste but just the burning sensation after eating it. Veg Tandoori Momos weren't cooked properly and were all chewy. Khacra chaat was decent. Overall, none of the dishes we ordered had any outstanding taste.
Ambience: Too loud music. We were sitting at one of the corner tables and the music was so loud that the person sitting next to me wasn't able to hear anything i was trying to communicate. We requested to reduce the volume but it never happened.
Never going back to this place at all. None of us enjoyed the food nor the ambience. The birthday person was also upset after stepping out of the place.
Situation: They were kind enough to keep the outside cake in the fridge. They got it to our table when requested but by the time the cake reached our table, the candle was already lit and blown out itself. Recommendation: Considering you provide such a fancy candle for a birthday cake that literally stays lighted or you can see the burning candle for 2-3 seconds, please light the candle after the cake is placed on the required table. That way people can enjoy and take pictures...

This restaurant exudes an authentic Indian vibe that instantly transports you to the streets of Mumbai. The menu is a delightful fusion of traditional and unique cuisine that promises to tantalize your taste buds.
We started our culinary journey with an array of appetizers, each offering a burst of distinct flavors. The Pani Puri, with its three unique flavors, was a refreshing treat, while the Vadapav transported us to the bustling streets of Mumbai. The Bomb Tikka and Cheese Corn Cigars were absolute highlights, bursting with mouthwatering flavors. And let's not forget the Chicken Lollipop, a true masterpiece of fusion Indian flavors.
Moving on to the main course, we savored the delectable Paneer Angara, the rich and creamy Khoya Kaju, and the flavorful Chicken Biryani, each dish a testament to the chef's culinary prowess. Accompanying our meal was the indulgent Cheese Chilli Garlic Naan, perfectly complementing the flavors of the main dishes.
To wash it all down, we indulged in their exquisite selection of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The Chocolat-Ey Queen, Aam Pataka, and Dilwale Devdas were all delightful concoctions that perfectly complemented our meal.
Overall, our experience at this spot was nothing short of extraordinary. From the delicious food to the charming ambiance, it's a must-visit destination for anyone craving authentic Indian cuisine with a modern twist. Etobicoke has truly found its...
Read moreWe recently hosted a private event for 70 guests and chose FUKREY to handle the food — and they absolutely delivered! The menu included two vegetarian appetizers, two non-vegetarian appetizers, three main course dishes, rice, butter naan, and two desserts, and every single item exceeded expectations.
The quality of the food was top-notch — everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The appetizers were a hit with all the guests, offering a great balance between taste and variety. Both the veg and non-veg options were well-seasoned and cooked perfectly, setting a great tone for the rest of the meal.(Chicken 65, Chicken seekh kebab, hara bhara kebab, veg spring roll.)
Moving to the main course, the spread was rich and satisfying. The curries were packed with flavor( Dal Makhni, Paneer Angara, Chicken Tikka Masala) the rice was fluffy, and the butter naan was soft just the way it should be. The desserts were the perfect finish,( Ras Malai, Randi Jalebi) right way to end the meal on a delightful note.
As for quantity, there was more than enough food for everyone. The portions were generous, and our guests were able to enjoy seconds (and even thirds!) without anything running short. It was clear that the team planned and executed the service with great attention to detail.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience that added so much to our event. Our guests were happy, and we received a lot of compliments on the food. Highly recommended for anyone planning a...
