He is by far one of the most helpful and genuinely kind salespeople I’ve ever come across. Every time we visit, Patrick greets us even if he’s busy. He patiently takes the time to explain the latest offers. His attentiveness makes the shopping experience feel special and personal. He goes the extra mile to ensure every guest leaves happy and receives a complimentary Lindor chocolate. A smaller Lindt store but the selection is still good! The staff are very friendly, helpful, and give out samples (a great way to keep kids occupied while you are shopping!). Two or three times a year, Lindt has a fantastic sale on chocolates (100 pieces for $33)... I usually allow myself this treat twice a year.
