Second Nature Boutique Bayview Village — Local services in Toronto

Stay away from this store and their rude employees! I have been a frequent customer at this store, having purchased many items. However, I had an awful experience recently there with a very rude staff member, an older lady. When I inquired why a second-hand item was priced almost the same price of the same new item on the original retailer website , she said that it’s not true and when I said it is and I can show her the price online, she rudely said “I don’t need you to show me the price” and very rudely continued by saying , “You know what. Then This purse might not be for you!” And took the item away from me while walking away. When I confronted her about her disrespectful behavior, she did not even bother to apologize. I am sure with this rude behaviour They will be losing lots of customers including me for sure! No wonder they have not a good review and there are some other reviews complaint about how rude and disrespectful they are toward the customers! They even don’t deserve a zero star! Work on your ethic more so you can sale more! I wont give you the business of you don’t know how to respect people! I feel afraid for the owner; instead of allowing this to continue, they should ensure they behave appropriately and respectfully and practice much more the basics...

Came in originally for the LV speedy with the giant monogram, after close evaluation the item had MARKS and STAINS that were NOT listed on the online website, (came from Alliston Ontario) I did however leave with a different product, I absolutely ADORE the item I bought, but the staff was VERY unwelcoming. my mother and I came in and one of the members said to the other “keep an eye on them”, very unfortunate because I felt super singled out. And not the expectation nor the experience I wanted to have my first time Arriving. VERY shocked to be treated that way. again I absolutely love the LV bag I bought. but unfortunately will no longer be a paying customer, I feel the staff should be evaluated and not judge based on what I was wearing/looked like. 2 star because the bag I got was very nice and...

I am absolutely appalled to discover that everything in this store is "used." After 25 years of spending more than half of my life within the walls of this shopping centre, it's disheartening to learn that it has essentially transformed into an expensive "thrift" store. Are you kidding me? They let go of Browns and allow a second hand boutique to open?! How does this make any sense whatsoever?

I can't help but feel embarrassed for everyone who shops here and for the businesses surrounding this store, who must now realize that they've been sold a false image of luxury.

I'm excited to see what's next, used cars in the parking lot?
