Nick and his family were absolutely incredible from start to finish. My now-fiancé and I were referred to Nick's by a close friend who also had a really great experience.

Nick and I emailed back and forth on some ideas for an engagement ring. He was extremely patient with me and took the time to explain all of the important details about the ring, the diamond, the setting and so on. After a few emails we arranged to meet in person in the shop; he brought us into the workshop area in the back and worked carefully and attentively with my then-girlfriend to ensure every detail was to her liking. We spent close to 2 hours with Nick and his parents, chatting about their business and their lives. It was a really genuine experience and we felt like we were in good hands.

After the meeting, Nick and I emailed and chatted a few more times to finalize the details before arranging a final pickup. The ring was incredible and my girlfriend was over the moon with the outcome when I finally popped the question.

By chance I happened to stroll into Nicks to browse for an engagement ring and was really happy to have met him. He was super helpful in educating me on all the different aspects of diamond grading and cuts. It was very refreshing to not feel any pressure, it was a very casual conversation and that’s what eventually brought me back to him after taking his recommendation to visit other stores. (Over a dozen different jewellery stores after it was all said and done!) He was very accommodating to my requirements and he custom made the ring on time for the date I had asked even though I had rushed him.
