Incredibly disappointing and hostile service. I went with a friend and ask for a mango slush. The lady at the counter tells me to get a tarot and I kindly laughed it off and say no thanks I’ll get a mango. Shes now going off and it’s quite hard to understand what she’s saying then puts out the machine to pay. I want to confirm with her that it’s mango and she can’t tell me. She brings my friend the drink he ordered, no questions asked. She then brings me a tarot drink… LOL. I explained to her this is not what I ordered, she looks at me like I’m crazy then begrudgingly makes me the mango drink. The gaslighting was real and unwarranted. The disappointing part is that I am a close neighbour and a big fan of bubble tea but after that experience, I have never gone back nor will I ever feel comfortable to step foot in that...

Would just double check the total cost before paying - on at least 3 different occasions have been charged between 50 cents to a dollar more.

Unclear if it was an honest error or if the menu prices listed just haven’t been updated for price increases.

First time when I had pointed it out a few months ago, was refunded the overcharge ($1) when charged for a smoothie when ordered an lychee ice crush. The last time it happened (overcharge 50 cents) was told all the prices have increased, and the laminated menu prices were wrong. I love the Black sugar and ginger tea here. I've ordered many of them for delivery. Recently the lids on these hot drinks have changed to have the open mouths. This has caused them to spill all over the bag and onto other drinks making them sticky. It wastes the tea and makes it colder as well.

Please, if you can, add a drink stopper to the lids for deliveries! It would be greatly appreciated. 4 stars only because of the mess and waste. Thanks!
