Best Buy Express — Local services in Town of St. Paul

While at work I noticed that the source on google shows open till 8pm. There’s a pair of Sony headphones I was going to purchase. Upon getting off work late, mind you it was 7pm when I arrived at the store. It was closed. Want to tell me about that? Even the sign in the window says open till 8pm which is turned off cause the store is closed. Absolutely rattled me. You’re lucky I want these headphones ASAP. I work till 4 tomorrow and you’re open till 6 apparently tomorrow. So unless you guys close shop early tomorrow. I will be grudgingly purchasing headphones tomorrow. Or else I would’ve ordered them online with Best Buy. Not pleased.

I returned the next day and asked why they were closed early. I believe it was Michael at the store that tendered to me. He apologized for being closed and stated they are understaffed and half of them are quarantined. I explained that in two areas it is advertised open till 8pm. The employee was very apologetic several times. I appreciate the service and the timely checkout while buying the headphones. Which...

I was treated with extreme compassionate Care & Understanding!! I received a new cell phone for Christmas & I had NO IDEA HOW TO GET my phone connected, but the employee really knew what I was thinking and took his time to get me up and running!!! I certainly will be doing My Business with this company. I'm ready to pay for ALL the work he has done for me... To My Surprised 😯😯😯.... He did not want my money!!! He said that All he will charge me for is the, "PREPAID MINUTES" I was so taken back by this Man's kindness, I thanked him and told him that he is an Angel 😇- My Angel 😇 anyways.... Living in a small town, it is almost impossible to get kindhearted treatment from others. It is not what you know, only who you know Especially when you are of an ethnicity person that does not, "Fit-In", with others. The kindness this man has shown me though, gave me a big hug from within myself and I thank him for all he has done ✅👍 for me!!! He certainly did go above and beyond his work duties that day!!!!! I wish him ALL the best in the coming...

The place is looking like the apocalypse hit. Its barren and empty with no selection and the staff is 3 kids pretty much coasting through the day from what i seen . I wanted a basic printer and they had next to no selection AT ALL! I will never ever be wasting my time coming back to this particular store. Went for a TV a number of years back and the same issue , they have nothing in stock! The whole purpose I go to a physical store is to buy my physical item and then walk out with my item right now.......... not wait nearly 2 weeks special ordering basic things like simple printers! I may as well shop online off Amazon instead, if this is how you run a physical store or just go to a different town/city instead to a bestbuy or wal-mart (which i guess i will have to). Sad and disappointing that basic staple electronics like this are such a rarity in St. Paul's electronic store.........The Source (of next to nothing)
