Warning: Beyond rude.
The male clerk has an anger issue and was violent and beyond rude.
I came to the store to buy a portion of meat and told the clerk the specific amount of meat I wanted and the budget I was going to spend.
Before she cut it, she pointed out how much meat was around what I wanted.
However, the meat she cut was twice as expensive as the amount I told her.
After I refused to buy all the meat she cut which was over my budget, the male owner came out blaming me for not buying all the meat they cut because it has been exposed to the air and the package costs money bla bla.
I was not the one who cut the meat. Why would I buy the meat which exceeded the amount I asked for?
Poor management and bad attitude.
I was very clear about the amount I would like to buy from the very beginning. If you cannot manage your meat exposed to air or have concern that your package costs money, don't offer to cut the meat at all. (By the way, they have been running the meat shop, and yet they cannot estimate correctly how much to cut.)
It is not okay for you to shout at a customer at all. It is not okay for you to shout at anyone. Whoever you are. You are disrespectful.
I will NEVER STEP into and will not contribute my money to this store ever again. Be careful. The owner has anger issues and don't know how to control himself.
Besides all these five stars comments, there were already comments that showed the trait of the rude attitude of the clerks. I should have known. Be careful.
Don't lie. The male owner shouted at me. I was very specific about the amount before you cut the meat but blamed for not buying all the amount by the rude male butcher. I did specifically tell you the small pieces of meat I bought last time was around 5 dollars. You told me it is about half of the piece you cut so I asked for 4 pieces. But the meat you cut was 35 dollars. You expect customers to spend much more than we asked and got angry when the customers refuse to pay for all of it. If you fail to cut the meat the amount the customer asked, then you need to take it instead of blaming customers. It started by the male owner aggressively telling me that your packages cost money after I refused to buy all the amount of meat. I refused to pay after receiving the rude attitudes of the male owner, and got shouted at "Get out." "Don't come back." Frank the butcher is an artist. I asked if he could make Buckwheat Sausage using my Grand Mother's recipe and he was more than happy to give it a try. Buckwheat Sausage is all but impossible to find on the west coast and this Manitoba boy missed his breakfast sausage. I have been hunting for Buckwheat Sausage for 20 years. Well I need not look anymore! My Grand Mother would give Frank a hug and a smile of approval bless her soul. Frank got her recipe perfect!!!

No notice on the door about Covid-19 so I opened the tinted front door to see how many people were already inside and the guy behind the counter yells wait outside. I waited for about 5 minutes and some other person walks in the store.
