I went in seeking sweet birch oil for scent work with my dog Memphis and they were immediately amicable, approachable, and helpful. (Precautions are taken when we train with essential oils so Memphis is safe when she is sniffing!) I puttered for a moment and looked at things and the guy said hello at first and after a moment of looking at stuff followed up to see if I needed help. I said sweet birch oil! And he went into a room with a very impressive apothecary and delivered. It was exactly the product I was looking for. I ordered a birch oil previously online from a different store and to me it smelled incorrect so I couldn't use it for training but the one they gave me here at this establishment was exactly the correct smell, I could tell right away. Aside from training the oil also smells amazing! The atmosphere is also immaculate in there. There is an air of... "this is correct". I don't know how else to describe it. I like this place. If you need essential oils for any reason, come support this place. I'm going to come back when I need the next oils in our scent...

This place is a gem. The vibe when you enter is very zen. It's a lot like walking into an apothecary.

The process of discovering and finding a blend that works for you was enjoyable and relaxing. Time disappeared into the nether as we focused on finding scents that captured our vision and complemented our bodies.

Even writing about this after the fact there is an almost ethereal element to the whole process. It was contemplative and fascinating to be a part of the aroma alchemy.

At the end we each had a scent that smells incredible and is uniquely our own.

Such a wonderful and enchanting shop inside a tall, brightly painted Victorian house! The owner is a master perfumist who is friendly and knowledgeable.
