Vimy Ridge Park — Attraction in Winnipeg

Vimy Ridge park is one of my favorite parks in Winnipeg. Maybe the reason why is because it's down the street from my house. It's usually a pretty quiet park. Plenty of room for people. Vimy Ridge has a playground for younger kids. Your typical playground as in other parks. Swings, climbing stuff, things like that. Mini wading pool for the little ones on a hot day which is great! Vimy Ridge also has a public washroom there so you won't have to leave when you Lady friend has to do "you know what". Huge bonus in a public park. A pretty great park. It borders on Portage Ave St one end, so a bit noisy down there, but it's pretty large, with a nice splash pad, playgrounds for various ages, and lots of trees for shade.
