The male employee that was working on June 23 at 4PM has to be one of the most rudest people that I have ever dealt with. He's argumentative and IMHO seems to have a narcissistic personality. Because one time we had called to give feed back on a Boss Pizza that we had ordered (indicating that it tasted more salty than previously and questioned if perhaps they had altered some ingredients), he took it upon himself to flag our phone number and even though we had ordered the Boss again after that from the same location, on this date (when we got him on the phone), he informed us that he won't take the order. He stated "I'm not going to sell you something that's going to make you sick and you will need to order something else other than the Boss). When I made it clear to him that we had NEVER stated that we had gotten sick from the food served there and that he was putting words in my mouth. He agreed that we hadn't but still refused to take our order. When I tried to inform him that I was good with the Boss, he took it upon himself to talk over me and to make a story shorter, he once again said that he won't sell me something that will make us sick, added "I'm not going to argue with you" and then hung up the phone on me. I've never ever experienced such demeaning treatment from an employee that's dealing with the public. I tried calling back to get his name but he must have been re-directing my calls to the answering machine because I couldn't get through to get his name, for the sake of writing the corporate office. My presto Pizza wasn't as good as the Boss but at least I didn't have to feel demeaned in order to acquire it. This employee should not be working in an establishment where he needs to deal...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of trying the Manager's Special pizza at Gondola Pizza, and I have to say—wow, what a flavor explosion! Topped with tender chicken, crispy bacon, sweet pineapple, and drizzled with a rich honey garlic sauce, every bite was the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and smoky. It's clear that this isn’t just any pizza—it’s crafted with care, and it shows. The ingredients were fresh, and the crust had that ideal golden crunch. This is the kind of pizza you remember long after the last slice is gone. I also want to take a moment to commend the store manager for prioritizing the safety of both employees and customers. The store’s policy of keeping the door locked to protect against potential threats may be unusual at first glance, but it's a responsible and proactive step to compact the crime happening in the area. It's clear that this isn’t just a place that makes great food—they genuinely care about their people. Thank you, Gondola Pizza, for not only serving up incredible food but also creating a space where safety and community come first. This level of care makes all the difference. I’ll definitely be back—and bringing friends with me!

Read moreI ordered their Original Thin Crust back-to-school special online but changed my mind and decided to call my order in. They have fresh mushrooms or canned mushrooms, which they don’t have on the menu. When I called and placed my order, for which I wanted extra cheese on both, I was told that they couldn’t add it because the computer wouldn’t let them. I was almost ready to just cancel but the gentleman that I was talking to said that he would add the double cheese on both of which I was fully prepared to pay for. When I picked up my order they had in fact put on the double cheese and not charged me for which would have cost me $4.00 extra for each! This was the first time that I knew of that their thin crust was the same as their regular or home style! I’ve always loved Gondola’s thin crust but it’s been so pricey compared to their other crusts As it being a special I was all over this DEAL!!! I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the service and the thin-crust pizzas I had ordered. WELL DONE GONDOLA PIZZA...
