I've bought a handful of pieces from here throughout the years and it's been a great experience; apart from this last time. I never write reviews but this really upset me. I fell in love with a "teak" book shelf. I paid $175.00, knowing, or, assuming it was advertised correctly. However upon bringing into my home, and having a second opinion found that it was not in fact - "teak", but 100% particle board disguised with teak veneer. I called them to mention the fact that what they sold me was bogus and they offered no support. Not only was there no offer of speaking with a higher up, or any sort of resolution or understanding of me being upset, she simply informed me. As a volunteer, I can strongly say that the staff and volunteers are wonderful and will go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for. The furniture is so diverse and there's something for everyone. You always see a smile on their faces and feel the positive atmosphere.
