Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Went through the drive-thru today. While ordering, the person taking my order didn't respond to me for a good 3 minutes. Once she finally did I completed my order and proceeded to the window. I ordered a French vanilla and a crossiant. They handed me my FV, but quickly closed the window before I got my crossiant. I waited for them to reopen the window so I could talk to them about the missing crossiant but never got that opportunity because they wouldn't reopen the window with me there. I waited about 5 mins and nothing. Just pretended like i wasnt there. Decided to walk in and see what's going on. They were out of crossiants. That's fine. I ordered a honey dip donut. Grabbed the bag and left. Made it 10 mins down the street and ir enede up being the completely wrong donut. What a waste of 30 mins. There was 1 person in the drive thru and 1 in the store..... not even the least bit busy. Everytime I come to this location its the same. And based on the reviews Coming in, it's only...

I've run into a difficult, dark period of my life this past month. First time I've been homeless and broke. I frequented this Tim Hortons often,...just to access wifi, so I could use my phone to get my life back on track. I'd walk in,....take up a small table,.....sit for hours on my phone and not order anything. The staff never seemed to mind. Not once did they suggest I leave. I was even able to use the washroom facilities. I'm doing much better now......Just wanting to extend a huge bouquet to the wonderful staff.....Don't know where I'd be now without your kindness. I'll be back soon.....and will order food and coffee frequently,.......just to get caught up in Paying It Forward. To the staff, ... Thank You All So Very Much. You probably don't even know how much of an impact you've made to assist in getting me back on track. Just because,....you never once suggested I leave. At my first opportunity,....I'm going to have your Manager read this post....

Very rude staff. Special india girls. I was pregnant and my blood sugar was going very low. I ordered egg cheese with biscuits but she gave me something else. When I went to my car I noticed that she gave me something else. I went back ask her to replace. She was so rude , she charged the order but spoke very rudely “leave your order first on desk “ She thought I am keeping first order and reordering it again. However I did not take bite from first order. She was so rude. I was sick so couldn’t say anything to her. But her attitude is still in my mind and I was up set because of her attitude for days. I forgot to ask her name. He attitude made me up set for many days. Like how she can talk like that. She was not paying from her pocket. So rube…

It happened in 2021. Need to learn good communication skills .
