Mings Bakery — Restaurant in Winnipeg

I’ve never encountered a business that is closed more often than it is open. The posted hours on Google don’t match what the staff tells customers in person. Google says they are open on Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, but when I asked in-store, they said they were open from 9 AM to 7 PM from Friday to Sunday. But every time I go, whether it's Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, they are closed. Then randomly, they are open with no way to know when.

To make things worse, they never update their business hours on Google or social media, leaving customers frustrated and wasting their time. I have seen multiple reviews mentioning the same issue, so it is clearly not just me.

I even called ahead to confirm their hours before visiting on a Sunday. Someone answered the phone just to tell me they were already closed, even though their hours said they should be open until 7 PM. When I asked what their hours would be the following Sunday, they told me it was "to be announced." But they never actually announce anything.

If a business cannot provide clear and reliable hours, how do they expect customers to support them? At this point, they might as well just close permanently because they are closed more often than...

We couldn't get enough of their ube loaf bread. It is so yummy. Very soft and not too sweet. Just right to the palate. I can finish the whole loaf in one sitting because it is so good. You can smell the aroma of freshly baked bread right outside of the store that will definitely entice you to take a look and have one. With the current pandemic, they are allowing only 5 people in the store.
