Today my family and I went for a fast ice cream treat and to my surprise the owner was on site and man oh man was he ever the nicest owner I have ever met. I went into the store and I order right away what I wanted while my family was right behind me. So as I order and the gentle man took my order and was as and I asked for extra Oreo and extra nuts and extra smarties omg did he ever made my day he literally put EXTRA and I was omg best day ever . Then he made my sister’s banana split and my sister asked for extra banana and I said to my sister no we have bananas at home he then said to my sister don’t worry I’ll put on it for no extra charge I was WOW that’s awesome. Very horrible experience. I came here on my lunch for a treat on a hot day, the single girl took over 15 mins to make 1 ice cream cone. She looked disgusted to be there and was so slow and unmotivated it was disturbing to watch. A mom was there with her 2 smaller kids and she finished her large cone before her kids even got their ice creams. 2 set of people ended up walking out and I was about to as well until another lady from the back finally came up and got my order plus the 3 sets of people behind me paid up and out faster than the first girl could even make 1 order. it's not like she wasn't trained and didn't know what to do, she just didn't care about anything at all to even provide good service.
