This is the absolute WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with.....EVER. They have never once gotten my prescription right , takes days to have your prescription filled and then it’s the wrong one after you wait in line for over half hour. I’ve had to go back 3 times on more than one occasion to get my prescription. And it just happened again tonight. I dropped off my 3 refill prescriptions in person yesterday from my doctor. Sent my poor husband to pick up and he’s only given one. He goes back and they say they never received the others!!! I called and they said my dr never called it in, I know!!! Because I dropped it off in person!!!! They pull up the prescription and sure enough, it wasn’t logged into system. This was for injectable birth control that I had a dr’s appt for the next day so I had to cancel my appt. Worst place ever. I would give a 0 star rating if I could. If you need to get a refill on the weekend and have to talk to the pharmacy I hope you have the whole day to be on hold. I was on hold for three hours today. My mother's medication is in blisterpacks for home care and when I placed an order they asked me what medications to put into the packs after 3 months of doing this every few weeks. I thought it would be on file but they asked me instead. They're supposed to be the professionals here. Ever since Superstore bought them the service is pure garbage. Last month I ordered meds for pickup two days in advance and was told it would be ready by noon on the second day only to discover that when I got there I was told I'd have to wait 2 hours for them to be ready. Today my 85 yr old mother went in to get her vitamins, cashing out the vitamins they rang up $51.98 for two, she spoke up that it is wrong. She showed the pharmacist where she got them and for two it should be $30.48. He refused her the lower price, because they were in another location for a higher price. It took some convincing on her behalf, she then got it for the lower marked price. Today is Thursday and is seniors day and now he refuses to give her, her seniors discount on this sell. She then goes and buys another item and again he does not give her the seniors discount, but this item may have been on sell, then again the receipt does not show this.
