The only employee that seems to have an attitude towards couriers is the male employee working with Wanda. Please review the footage at this where he clearly sees and greets the Skip courier walking in with their big red bag and then goes on about whatever he was doing. Courier was patiently waiting to be helped and you would think it would be the very same employee that greeted him. It wasnât until Wanda, who has always been wonderful and professional, to confirm with the courier if they were picking up an order for their customer. Male employee then proceeded to act ignorant and finally âhelpâ the courier.
All he said after was âConfirm the order please.â He did not apologize for his ignorance nor did he thank the courier for patiently waiting. The courier even offered to end things on a positive note by saying âThank you so much.â and the male employee decided to lean into his unprofessionalism and pettiness by responding with âBye.â
Itâs also clear that itâs been almost a year since my last review and the A/C problem hasnât been fixed. Itâs a wonder if how this employee treats his coworkers if he treats couriers the way he did.
On a positive note. Keep up the amazing work, Wanda. Thank you very much for always being polite, prompt, and professional.

The only reason why we did not have a 100% positive experience was because the A/C was not on while we were in the restaurant.
We actually ended up just eating our order in our vehicle, even outside was cooler than the restaurant.
We felt especially bad for Wanda who was wonderful to us from beginning to end, hard working employees like her should be treated better from ownership/management.
The very least this restaurant can do is to provide her, the other employees, and especially the customers with A/C.
Wanda is the only reason why we are giving 5 stars across the board. The lack of consideration for her and the other employees who have to work in that toaster oven of a restaurant...

This Quiznos location is not normal; Food quality was excellent, veggies were fresh & crisp. Meat was flavorful & juicy. Bread was tasty & fresh.
This alone would have set this location above others like it. But where is shines is the staff, every customer greated with a smile & a friendly hello as they enter the store. Though i had not order kids meals for my two young kids, the staff insisted I take the treats he offered, after sitting down with our food, he came over to ensure we had what we needed to make the most of our time there. This is a level of service expected from traditional sit down restaurants. Not from chains. This gentleman, a manager I presume has elevated the service level beyond what I thought I could expect from this style of establishment.

It was filthy, everything was dirty the floors, tables, walls, 9 whoever painted in this restaurant definitely was not form the franchise as paint was messy and all over the wood trim as painters tape is clearly not used. Stains on the walls everywhere the floor you could see the grime in the corners and along the floor it was not pleasant to sit there and eat The one staff member overheard us talking about how gross the seats felt as they stuck to our butts.
