Cineplex — Local services in Yarmouth

We recently went to see Dune 2 at this theater. I would like to say everyone was pleasant and friendly. Service was good . I do have a concern in why the sound was "stupidly" loud. I am 53 and have seen many movies , so do feel qualified to talk about this concern. It was to the point that you could not make out other ambient sound in the movie ,because it was so load. I know the use of sound to emphasize dramatic events. This was not it , it started with the previews and never stopped. We will be strongly contemplating returning , as my wife would never be able to sit through any movie at this volume. As it was my good friend , who accompanied me , was turned off by the volume . I do intend to contact the office and find out , why if any reason it was this volume .

Terrible experience brought the girlfriend and friends to see the minecraft movie and there were teenagers with their feet up on the chairs, smoking weed vapes, my friend had to leave because she's allergic to weed and we didn't think anyone was going to be smoking weed in a public theater. No supervisors No managers If I could give a 0 star review I would.

Do something about your hooligans why don't you? There were pre adults acting like childish monkeys in there making weird sounds and shouting things out during the movie and on top of that the kids smoking weed and no management to be seen. I think it's in the businesses best interest to look into more moderators for the Yarmouth, Nova...

Today for the 1:30 Show Dogs movie i was in the lineup to pay for food for 25 minutes and there was only 4 people ahead of me. The cashier just kinda left for about 10 mins. Then came back and forth. Personally I think there should be a seprate worker for the pretzelmaker part because thats always unorganized and long waits and I think that would avoid the disappearing of workers. Always had great service until today. I also think the other method of line up worked better as it keeps the line moving even if one worker slips...
