Worst experience ever!

Our family goes to this playhouse once in a while with my boy’s friends, since 2-3 years ago. The admissions was ok, with discount applied to membership. We have joined and used the same membership card under my son’s name and it was fine since we started going there.

My wife invited her friend’s family to play there today and she have made a second membership card for our daughter. When we scanned our old membership card for our son, it was not working. The staff later said that the card was “frozen”, because it haven’t been “RELOADED” for over a year. A reactivation fee of $50 have to be paid before we can see the remaining balance. We ended up paying another $250 to find out there was only $90 left.

Went here on the weekend. Wasn't too packed. My daughter and niece went in. Looks small on the outside but actually very big on the inside with a lot of activities. It has :- • Pretend play • Dress up • Slides • Climbing • Trampoline • Ball pit • Interactive screens more The place is very tidy and clean. You use a card to clock in and out. Just keep a note on the time you enter as if you go over 2 min you would be charged another full price. My daughter enjoyed it and loved dressing up as Elsa while exploring the playground.
