Staff/waiters are very good, polite and accomodating, and seating is very comfortable and clean, however- the food is quite expensive and mostly only of low to average quality, with the dishes being extremely small- the ingredients are not listed in the menu, and when unusual ones are sometimes used- for example- I ordered the spaghetti bolognese🍝- to find it consisted of 30% mushrooms, with a completely raw egg in the middle- photos or a brief description in the menu could have helped with this- if they are going to be serving more unconventional versions of dishes, as I expected just a normal bolognese dish. The water also tastes very wierd, stale or unboiled tap water. Dessert was really good, however with the dishes being too small and a bit too expensive. The Lemon cheesecake and Americano afternoon tea set was a good value and both were delicious.

Service was excellent. Friendly and forgiving. We changed our minds just after submitting our order. The vGather web app stated no changes after submission but the server was kind enough to change it for us as the previous order was not started yet.

The shop's not incredibly busy so not too noisy so people can have normal level conversations. It was maybe half full when we arrived.

The sample aromatherapy spray at the entrance was a nice touch to sell their line and enhance the overall experience at the cafe.

The tables look nice with their marble-like tabletops and the chairs were pretty standard euro-styled chairs.
