update Oct 12, 2025: This place is still as dead as ever, with mostly vacant shops and just 3 opened restaurants. Another white elephant project. The bathrooms are nice and clean though.

This place is in the middle of a run-down factory district, and requires at least 8 minutes of walking to get there from Long Ping Station, exit F. As of Oct 1, '23, it's an almost empty mall. It felt completely out of place and eerie when I found and walked into this new building. The surrounding streets were equally dead quiet and empty.
