Pizza Hut (Yuen Long Landmark) — Restaurant in Yuen Long District

Comfortable place, spacious and well-lit. Not busy when I visited.

Food tasted up to expectation. When the pizza arrived, it was not piping hot, and the toppings were sliding left and right (perhaps the pizza was underbaked?)

Staff seem inexperienced. When our first drink arrived, they put it on my side. It wasn’t for me (which is fine), so I passed it over. But when our second drink (the one that is mine) arrived, they put it with the person who had a drink.

On the menu, Pepsi Black was available in 3 prices (and sold out at the lowest price). I asked what the difference was between the two higher priced was - thinking it was two differently sized pitchers, I also asked for the volume. The first staff said they’re just a normal glass. We challenged the possibility of a normal glass of Pepsi priced at $89. A second staff arrived and asked me to repeat my query. I finally got the answer “it is bigger”. I asked but how big. Instead of an answer, I was shown the pitcher. I see the pitcher was marked, but I still don’t have an answer for how big the pitcher was.

Recently I visit pizza hut in the yuen long landmark I am very disappointed coz of the extremely poor service I call them 2, or 3 times but they did not respond we like to sit window side but they said no no can not even that sits are empty and we order by the scanner and we are a little bit confused about our order and we are searching for somebody to help us for our order I call one lady who wore a black dress but she's ignoring us again I call her but again she just ignore us, my G, od that time....😡 and the food is coming but they don't know which food items need to serve first just they gave us food randomly and our hot coffee temperature ufff 😡 I finished my hot coffee within a 1minutes 👎👎👎👎disgusting service and food quality just wasting money I never and ever visit...

It wasn't my first time there(2nd) and both times service is crap! They won't even acknowledge you at the doors, just ignore....food was thrown on the table like cards in shabby casino. Ordered 'one piece' combo set, drinks did not even look close to what it suppose to be, no coaster either, when i went to pay for bill and nice ask if i can get badge(which come with that set meal Anyway!) i got it with a biiiig 'favor' like i asked for something impossible, just to be giggled out in chinese by other employee which recognises me from previous time.

I work in hospitality myself and this is unacceptable! aspecially in a big chain...
