Dough Bros. Pizza & Doughnuts (Yuen Long) — Restaurant in Hong Kong

I guess since they just opened, they had a billion orders to deal with so it was quite chaotic in there…

But just looking at the pizza I ordered, it does not look on par with other pizzas I’ve had from their other locations. Look at the lack of toppings on one of the slices and how the crust isn’t very charred… The crust to topping ratio is also off. A bit disappointing considering how their pizzas aren’t cheap.

I would probably give it another try after the hype dies down because I genuinely do love their pizzas, but this was not up to their usual standard. Hope they improve in time because I’m actually so happy they’re in...

Cold pizza upon arrival which took an hour. Customer service does not exist anymore nowadays. Can only talk to you to type long messages and in the end give you back a fraction of the amount paid. Both Dough Bros and Keeta will not take any responsibility. Be careful when ordering with Keeta at this place called Dough Bros.

Offered to let them exchange it with a hot/warm pizza but they didn’t accept.

Update: They said they hold a couple meetings and investigate. Should take a couple weeks. Instead opted for Keeta to give me 30 HKD hush money. Dough Bros were like: not my problem. I paid around 250...

Disappointed with the quality of this branch. Very little ingredients. Not sure if i am eating bread or pizza…. See the uneven distribution of the sausage/ chicken on the pizza.. I ordered self-take away from the app, waited 30mins more than what the app suggested. I heard many complaints on the shop about the waiting time and the staff is not apologetic but rude.
