Physical — Local services in Hong Kong

Overall, Physical fitness is a great fitness centre with around 20 branches all around Hong Kong. I've been to 8-9 branches and all of them are well equipped and staffs are very friendly as well. I usually go to the Lok Fu branch (near to where I live) which sometimes gets quite busy/crowded and chances are you might have to wait for your turn to use the equipment or weights. But it has enough cardio equipments. The Mong Kok branch is the largest I've been so far. Explore some branches nearby where you live and figure out which works best for you. Enjoy...

Not recommended. Poor service, subpar equipments and very crowded. You do not get treated like customer but a thief with staff often scold at you and not helping you with any of your request. I quitted this gym even my membership will only be expiring in two years for my own...
