Nice place with great food - some of the best chicken wings I've ever had. But their service is really bad - never enough wait staff, although the staff that are there are generally polite and friendly. EDIT: update in Jan of 2021 because I got an email saying this review has been getting lots of views. For a while they had QR codes stuck to the tables that you could scan to order through an app, which vastly improved the experience at this establishment since it solved their problem with service. This sports bar & restaurant and arcade is absolutely fun. So many sports games from batting cages, basketball hoops, soccer, ping pong, darts and football and pool tables. You have a variety of games. You can spend hours playing. Also, the drinks are good and the chicken wings are perfect. Crispy and flavorful. You can order drums or flats. This is an expat dream haha. Cages is a great shanghai spot for that fun nights where you wanna be playing all sorts of games with the beer in the hand. The food here too is american size but most items taste average. Go for the Burgers, Nachos and come for the Smoked Nights. Worst thing i had here were the buffalo wings which was terrible imo. Drawback is that i think they should have a Pool Table set aside as a challengers table mainly because you have to wait almost forever to get the chance to play, as people can play for as long as the want.
