Location: The location is super convenient as it‘s not too far from metro Nanjing Road Station(W). Take exit 2 and walk around 800m, we navigate thru the local address for the precise branch. Also, you can go to popular areas and restaurants such as Butterful&Creamerous (next to the metro exit), Amam Lonbakery, People‘s square (taxi 10mins), Natural History Museum (walkable 20mins or taxi less than 10mins), Xintaindi (taxi 15mins) etc.Staff: They don‘t speak English but quite nice and accommodating.Cleanliness: The hotel is new, not so sparkling clean(to my asian standard…) but comfy&clean enough. Stayed for 4 nights but room fire alarm rang for 3 out of 4 days when showering due to ventilation fan not working. Feedbacked to the reception on the first day and was told they were bringing in a repairman the next day. But when we asked the receptionist the next day, they acted clueless and didn’t even call for a repairman. They also said they couldn’t change our room for us. Fire alarm problem lasted through the night, even resulting in the receptionist calling us at 3am when we were sleeping because of the fire alarm which is not even our problem in the first place. On cleanliness, we requested for them to clean our room all days but they only provided new towels, slippers and took out the trash but left...

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is very close to the subway and it is also really central. The hotel is less then 10 minutes cab to the bund and one station away from jing an temple. It is surrounded by several restaurants and malls and you can take a stroll at nanjing west road so it’s very convenient for getting food or shopping and it is quiet at night. The rooms are very clean and newly renovated. The service was also impeccable! The front desk staff was very attentive to helping me when I had any questions and I comfortably stayed here for...
