TV, wire for internet, hot water heater, ac, and local telephone in the room. The walls were covered in footprints and splattered with what looked to be bodily fluids. One section of the wall was swollen with water damage and the whole room felt damp. The bed was very hard, like sleeping on a floor (fairly common for China but someone else had said it was comfortable). The sheets and towels felt clean but there were black hairs on them. The bathroom stunk of sewage (I think it was coming from the drain of the sink), there was mold in the shower and by the sink. There were also tons of little flies in our room. I killed about 10 while trying to shower. ||||It was fairly quiet but got loud early in the morning and late at night. ||||Also, people kept slipping prostitute advertising cards under our door. The girls on them looked about 12. When we slipped them back into the hall someone shoved them under our door again.||||Locationwise it was a little bit out there, maybe a 20 minute walk to nanjing west road. Near spin ceramics but not much else. The Lange hotel has a similar rate on Agoda and is a much better option. ||||On check out they were supposed to give us 200 kuai back for our deposit but instead they only gave us 192 and had no explanation as to why they took 8 rmb from us. I think the people just wanted the foreigners to pay for their lunch. We speak some Chinese, they spoke no English and wouldn't even try to explain in either language. This would not be a good hotel for someone from another country trying to enjoy a short visit...

The receptionists during the day speak broken english but not the ones in the night shift.|The room was average, quite small has nothing else but the bed in it. No chairs and bed took up 75% of the room space. Washroom was fairly good and the room was ok ish clean. They are trying to go green and we can see that here n there. |As commonly seen in these kind of hotels, we get a pair of call girl cards slid in from under the door. Bad, but you have to get used to this.|But the problem is when you can hear the couple in the next room going at it, in the dead of the night through the wall, and you put the pillow over your head to try n sleep.|But the location is very ideal for tourists and business people alike coz you are very close to the heart of the city.|I would rate it average or 5/10 considering the rate, facilities, location,...
