Worst experience that I have ever encountered. Their drinks are extremely overpriced and there is not actually a beach present at the property. There is significant disorganization at the check-in. You register and sit and wait with no communication. The when you arrive to the island the service is non existent. Over the course of the day we had to summon a server at least 6 times that I can remember. Bottles and drinks are comprable to prices in NYC clubs On a Saturday night. The VIP DJ plays house EDM and does not take requests. I will admit the lunch included was tasty. The fish and paella had a lot of flavor and left us full. Then the end of the trip they crammed people on to the boat (photos of captain and crew attached, who would not answer when confronted for names). There was no warning of the rough trip back, then with people throwing up and crying, there was no mercy shown by the captain or crew. I love Colombia but this experience taints my opinion of the country. I have gone to Gente De Mar Resort (also on Isla Grande, and highly recommend it over Bora Bora) and organized transport through them and it was a much more pleasurable experience. Skip this overpriced tourist trap at all costs. The lack of care for the guests and desire to make money left us with a feeling of resentment and with physically...

Everyone has a different way of getting here like, … paying in advance to leave from Cartagena … paying by arrival by another party boat and they just dock and you ask if their is space ( most expensive ) … even paying to stay on the resort part of the island.
