I've been here twice. The first time, the guy said they were sold out of both of the lamps we wanted, and apparently no mirrors in the back only the broken one on the floor for sale.

The second time I went, the guy at the paint counter was not wearing a mask at all and I pointed exactly to the lamp I wanted, and he went in the back, brought back 2 completely different lamps. Then I pointed again, he wrote the number down and walked in the back and said that they had none.

Something didn't feel right, how is it twice this store had nothing out for sale? The guy pointed to the line, apparently didn't want to help me anymore. I waited in the line, told the new guy I wanted two of the exact same lamp that the previous guy said was sold out. Guess what? They had two of that lamp.

So this tells me that either they refuse to help expats, women, or both? Pretty rude, unhelpful, and I will never shop here ever again and I recommend...

Colono Tamarindo, Guanacaste. Situación embarazosa con la vendedora Sheiris Paola Ortega Rosa. Hoy fui con mi esposo a comprar una lista de materiales de casi ¢500,000.00 a la vendedora no le importó que ambos tuviéramos anillos de matrimonio ni tampoco mi evidente situación de embarazo "7 meses". Desde que comenzó a atendernos empezó a tutear a mí esposo y a decirle mi amor. Al momento de hacer el recuento del pedido le tocó la mano por cada producto mencionado. Atención sin duda vulgar y fuera de lugar. Su comportamiento inapropiado no iba a hacer a mi esposo comprar más productos. Al contrario este tipo de comportamiento es reprochable ya que buscamos atención profesional no esté tipo de atención vulgar que ni en los bares nos han dado. Deben capacitar los empleados en servicio al cliente o a esta empleada en especial. Muchas gracias, espero que este reporte sirva para que dicha situación no se repita o de lo contrario perderán un cliente que los ha preferido durante 15 años, mí esposo...

Good luck on returning items and getting a refund from this place. They offer you an in-store credit if you pay cash and if on a credit card they will tell you 15 days for a refund which will not come.

Twice I had to contest the charge. Be sure to make a copy of your refund...
