Wedo Østerbro — Local services in Copenhagen Municipality

Østerbrogade Wedo. We have an office opposite and are using Wedo on a regular basis. We have also klippkorts but not a sandwich klippkort, as this is not available yet. I ordered 2 sandwiches yesterday. I paid cash but the till did not work for cash and I said I will come back later to get a receipt, as I need it for the office. The guy said this does not work. Very alarming how come that you can not receive a receipt when you pay cash ?? I feel like reporting this to the authorities. One person was working in a front a guy which was fed up from the start. I returned the sandwiches as you can see from the photo the bread was not toasted. I asked them to toast the bread as the bread did not tasted very fresh, but also I wanted a warm sandwich this was the point in not getting a salad in the first place. He said he can not warm up the sandwiches afterwards. I asked him to make me 2 new sandwiches please. He said NO and returned my money. I did not asked for my money back I said I would like to have 2 sandwiches he said No I am not doing it. Why is someone working there if they do not want to make sandwiches, or salads, is trained badly and has an attitude which is not service minded. We talked about it today in the office and unfortunately colleagues have the same experiences and we would like to return our klippkorts back as we do not want to use WEDO in the near future. I’ve had the food before ans their salads are quite good — but their payment system is impossible. We’ve tried with multiple cards (Dankort, Visa, MasterCard), foreign and Danish, and can’t order via the website — it either gives us an error or just refreshes, sending us back to the homepage. I downloaded the app to try ordering there but anytime I add something to my order the app crashes. I tried calling only to be told they do not take orders over the phone.

Good salad but terrible customer experience. Hard to give anything...

Expensive salad if compared to other similar places. Some of the ingredients didn't seem fresh (dry carrot slices, slightly brown avocado, yellowish salad leaves) and many of them were not displayed for us to easily choose (they were hidden in some kind of food drawer and I had to specifically ask if they had leafy greens to add to the selv bland salad). Staff couldn't speak English well (or wasn't used to it, at least), which is not common in Copenhagen. Taste was fine, but again, can find the same for a much better price in...
