Hind Indisk Restaurant — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

Apart from the food quality (which is great! We live nearby and tried several dishes - all are of great quality & quantity! Yammy! ), I would like to mention their amazing customer service.

A week ago I tried to place a very late Friday order via the third party delivery provider, but the order was being processed forever, so I stopped trying. We ordered take away at the other place that night.

The next day I got a call from Hind: they asked whether I would pick up my order. Apparently Jojo created an order for Saturday instead, and Hind was waiting for us to pick up our order...

I am grateful for the professionalism of the Hind management. They returned the money, even though the food was clearly already prepared.

I truly recommend this place. Apart from great food, I feel myself a special guest...

In general, the food is fairly bland and tastes of apathy. I ordered the Lamb Biryani with Raita for myself and the lamb was tough, mostly just tasted like oil, and the raita was watery and flavourless. My daughter had the Butter Chicken which featured super tough chicken breast and tasted like straight up canned tomatoes with a pinch of cayenne. Oh, then the Garlic Naan was unbelievable. It was so tough and chewy it bordered on inedible. I've never had Naan so bad in my life. Not to mention it didn't have any garlic flavour at all. We order via Wolt Lamb Korma, butter chicken and onion bahji. Taste was very very bad, not even average. On top of that , the meat was swimming in sauce.... Or probably drowning.... In other words 2-3 tiny pieces of meat for a take away plastic container just filled up with sauce.... I complaint to Wolt with a video and they agreed that portion was very small.... But the restaurant did not want to give any refund or discount or anything.... So blame to Wolt as well! Extremely bad restaurant with extremely small...
