Intys Market — Local services in Otavalo

Nice place with nice people. This is a small grocery store operated by an Indigenous family. They are very helpful & polite. The prices and selection are better than at most of the smaller markets. The aisles are small and it may seem a little cramped, but they really do move product at this location so you do not have old stuff for sale here. They provide pretty much everything except fresh produce, but that of course is not problem in Otavalo. Fresh produce (and fresh meat) is all over the place up and down the street by this store. They have HBA, refrigerated products, wine & liquor here as well. This is a much more useful ace than any photos can adequately reveal. Come in, go down the steps and look around.
