Intercultural Civic Plaza "Los Portales" — Attraction in Otavalo

The Intercultural Civic Plaza "Los Portales", is a historical site of the city, which was recently rehabilitated by the local government. It has several sculptures depicting the cycles of the moon, as well as other sculptures of Aya Uma and Inty Watana, which are part of the Andean cosmovision of the Otavalo people. Newly renovated but I miss the old murals. However the plaza is much improved! There are shops selling bueatiful craft...
