Bit of a scam market... Items similar to what you can buy in the department stores with marked prices being quite ridiculous. They'll talk about "local" price, which is still higher than buying in a proper store. Prepare to haggle on price, and take note that most items appear to be factory seconds. Price accordingly when negotiating.
