This guy is a swindler, avoid at all cost! I had a board (not the one I rented) with one of the binding mount that was moving, I had no choice but to fall and hopefully I did not hurt myself. I tried to fix it but the screw could not stand. I went back a little upset to the store, the guy told me it s not a big deal! Then I couldn't have been more disappointed, they gave me a small shitty board (they have like 5 shops in the area, even one a yard away, they did not call them to check). Here are the best sentences the swindler in orange shirt told us: "if you're a good snowboarder you have your board" (Im sorry to spend money in your shop), "Well you world champ you need the best" (no just what I ordered in a good shape cause your professionnals?). "Every year we have tons of stealing, they even climb to balconys to rob your stuff" (This is the most expensive place to ski in France, who ever go there do not need to steal, and I've been in the Alps, Pyrenees, Austria, Apalaches, I have never seen someone stealing something. I even asked in the station everybody to prove my friends he was bshiting - and of course he was) I have talked with a lot of people in the station, they all said, go to locals like Ski Loc or small shops owned by ski lovers, they ll do anything for you. I am even considering to sue them for endangering life of others, negligence, and other points i don't know how to translate in english, but I'm sure yu-ou know what I mean. The thing is, you re on holidays and you wanna spend good times with your friends, not fight with this type of...
