I didnt have a great experience at this store, i think you should Improve the quality of service offered to customers , this includes everyone in the shop not only carefully selected people especially since we’re all paying the same price, also you need to appoint a staff member to be responsible for coordination, tracking the entrance of customers to ensure that service is provided to people in order of arrival so that customers can feel they have been treated fairly which we unfortunately didn’t experience and we were waiting for too long , i know it was a bit busy but thats not an excuse, also it was our first time skiing and we really needed someone to help us with the equipment and no one offered any help at first however eventually when one of the staff saw us struggling he tried to help us but it was obvious he wasnt very happy about it, one more thing was that when we asked them if we could keep our regular boots there for a while since we couldnt carry them with us they said you can but we dont guarantee you’re going to find them when you get back?????? what a weird way to...

Wow! These guys really go above and beyond. I'd inadvertently become the 'pain in the arse' customer when I left everything to the last minute, couldn't book my ski hire online, and then changed accommodation less than 24 hours before delivery. Simon responded to my initial email with a call and sorted everything out. Quick, efficient and in good spirits. On finding my car battery completely flat, and all my holiday buddies en route to the airport by coach, at the end of the week, I called him after exhausting a search for jump leads with my chalet team and the garage in 1850. When I called him back to say the car had miraculously started, he let me know he had tracked some down and would have been more then willing to drop them to me. We came and stayed in Courch 1650 last February, WhiteStorm came to the chalet and fitted all of our equipment after we were welcomed into the accommodation. They were friendly and efficient and had multiple sizes/quality of equipment to suit what we wanted for the holiday. Their delivery service was very handy as it meant we didn’t have to leave the chalet to go into the shop, however when my sister wanted to swap boots mid week it was easy enough to pop into the shops around the resort they had.
