Wanted to purchase a tablecloth but also some yardage to make napkins. The owners wife showed us a finished product in the pattern I wanted and said she would pick up a bolt of the material from the factory and that we should return in two days. When we returned her husband (the owner) said the material had not been made in the last 2-3 years and that she would not have told us that. We said we went out of our way to put this together, we were ever going to buy ceramics at another store to match and asked for a small discount on the tablecloth. The owner became very indignant and then started only speaking French and asking if we spoke French and acted like he could not communicate with us. We asked him to call his wife who told us she would have the fabric and he did but still acting very un-businesslike and we ended up just leaving. He became very unpleasant and...

I have dealt with this store three times over the last years -- twice in person and once via the Internet, and each time I was more than totally satisfied. The owners were professional and personable and helped me obtain items they did not have in store. They added a little gift to each of my purchases -- including free shipping on my last order.
