This is my fifth or sixth visit to this headquarters factory store in the last 8 years. The product line keeps increasing and improving. This is a great French Perfumer that produces consistently high quality products. The staff in the factory store here are courteous and helpful and continue working with professionalism. There are no “deals” here in that it is not inexpensive and just a little cheaper than their retail stores. However, as an American, I will advise you that when you do the conversion from Euros to Dollars, you are not saving anything and in fact, it may be more expensive than buying at one of their retail stores in the US. So why then do I give this place 5 stars. Well, it’s the experience, simply put. They do carry some items here not available in the USA and it is a beautiful property surrounded by the local flowers and flora used in making their products. The site is in an industrial park so that is not beautiful but L’Occitane makes the most of their location by the exterior decor of the building and exquisite landscaping. The factory tour is not one that would be memorable, so if you skip that part and just visit the store, you won’t be disappointed. Parking is easy and free in the adjacent lot across the street and the onsite restrooms are easily accessible and clean. Worth the visit if you are in the area. Also note, if you are visiting Apt or any village in The Luberon, Manosque and L’Occitane are within an hour drive and it is one of the most beautiful scenic routes you will encounter in the South of France! Their Shea butter hand creams and foot creams really work and make a big difference in your skin!

5 stars for the company now that I know its history and how it treats product quality. 4 stars for the tour, but to be fair we went when the factory wasn't operating - Christmas Eve day. But, still, it was interesting. Also, probably much better in non winter months, as they are growing their plants and flowers all over the factory grounds. The actual factory store is remarkable. Besides their main line of products, they have many gift items and a huge variety of smaller size sampler packages. Very well done. Products are pricey, but what skin care products aren't? It's an amazing story - what this company started as and what it is now. And the dedication to product purity and quality is truly remarkable

Didn' actually get here but I'm sure its fabulous. Couldn't get there in time for my tour yesterday because of the limited bus schedule due to the holidays. Rescheduled for the tour today and could not find a taxi in all of Manosque that was able to bring me there for the tour. Very disappointed...that was why I came to Manosque, Provance, France. Still giving this place 5 stars due to the quality products which are a delight to use
