Amazing cheese shop in Marseille! If you’re visiting or live in the area and looking for quality cheese this is a must stop. Driss (the owner) is sooo nice and helpful. On a fréquemment acheté nos fromages à la meulerie. Des les début, le propriétaire était à la manœuvre, accueillant, souriant. Un vrai plaisir. Ce matin , On souhaitait commander un plateau fromage apéritif pour 11 personnes. Mais quel Acceuil désagréable, agressif et hautain du vendeur , avec sa gouaille limite a nous reprocher de commander un plateau à midi pour le soir. On a aucun problème à entendre une indisponibilité pour surcharge de travail, mais en utilisant les formes ! Bref on passe outre cette manière de parler digne d’un poissonnier ( et encore le mien est très sympa!) et on explique que l’on souhaiterai autour de 70grammes par personnes… et là le vendeur n’aime pas notre demande en nous disant qu’on veut lui apprendre son métier. Avant de parler de métier commençait par écouter et échanger sur nos besoins et attentes en tant que client consommateur. Impossible évidemment de sélectionner nos fromages…ceci dit en passant, au final le plateau de fromage est pour nous pas pour vous .
