Longchamp — Local services in Nîmes

Um, if all higher end stores were this nice, this courteous, this friendly, France would see a MAJOR uptick in the economy! The Nimes store was all of the above and helpful beyond belief. This is in keeping with our other experiences in Avignon, and San Francisco. The products are amazing, well built and durable, get something from them and you will see. Thanks to the man and woman who helped us yesterday....

Had a horrible experience at this store right after Christmas. They only showed my mother their most expensive item, and then refused to accept a return when she realized the next day that this was not what she wanted. Had they showed her everything initially there would have been no confusion! They were rude, and, frankly, took advantage of foreign tourists who don't speak French very well....

Longchamp, j'adore....je trouve leurs modèles modernes bien en rapport avec mon style de vie et c'est avec plaisir que je me suis rendue à la boutique de Nîmes,non pas pour acheter ,mais on peut toujours avoir un coup de cœur.....!!!,mais j'avais un sac et un bagage à faire réparer.J'ai été accueillie par deux charmantes dames, souriantes qui se sont chargées de faire le nécessaire pour transmettre ceux ci au siège à Paris.Le service après vente est aussi appréciable !! Alors,je ne comprends pas que l'on puisse tenir des propos négatifs vis à vis de cette boutique,ce n'est absolument pas fondé et en contradiction avec la philosophie de la maison,car que ce soit à Lyon,Aix, Bruxelles,ou Avignon TGV,j'ai toujours trouvé un accueil chaleureux digne de...
